Due to the high volume of foot traffic, the area requires an extensive facility maintenance program that is delivered by Hedge Property Services on a weekly basis.

Our facility maintenance contract scope involves keeping the property neat and tidy by ensuring thorough pruning/thinning/shaping of all plants, shrubs and trees as well as weed control and plant treatments. The vast turf areas require regular mowing using both ride on mowers and push mowers with an emphasis on meticulous edging. Blowing down of all pathways and hard surface also allows the property to be kept to an immaculate standard.
