Located in the heart of Broadbeach at no. 25 Surf Parade and a short stroll away from pristine beaches, Ocean Pacific constitutes another cornerstone project on the Gold Coast.

Our scope of work for this beautiful coastal property consists of delivering a comprehensive and controlled management plan, ensuring all landscapes are thriving. To achieve this, our team oversees the maintenance of the entrance, street landscapes, pool and gymnasium areas. From treatment to pruning, mowing and garden refurbishment, our expert team possesses the horticultural knowledge and skills to cover all areas of the resort.

A tailored irrigation program was also established, to adequately stimulate the growth of the wide array of tropical species on the property. We thank the fantastic staff at Ocean Pacific who have been instrumental in helping us achieve rapid progress, they are a major factor in the success of all site operations.
