The Greenhouse aims to offer a commercial environment that seamlessly integrates nature, amenities, community, and convenience. It features exceptional breakout spaces for team gatherings and corporate events, including rooftop function areas. Outside the lobby, a tranquil Japanese-inspired water feature enhances the ambiance.

Our scope of work involves replicating the award-winning excellence that secured Hedge the Commercial Landscape Maintenance Award in 2021 for West Village at the Landscape Queensland Construction Excellence Awards. The team oversees maintenance across all levels of the tower, including the surrounding building lanes, foyer, water feature, and rooftop. Daily tasks encompass detailed pruning and maintenance of all plants to ensure optimal growth and consistently high-end presentation.
