Arcadia Residences is a premier luxury residential building in West End. Owned and developed by Sekisui House it is situated in the vicinity of award-winning precinct West Village.

Fusing timeless design with Japanese accents, the property hosts outstanding luxury residences set in a tranquil environment surrounded by lush green areas. Engaged by the client to perform a full maintenance program, our scope of work covers an array of areas including the entrance driveway on Mollison St, and two resident relaxation zones.

Our mission for Arcadia Residences is to maximize the client’s visual goals of creating elegant and sophisticated spaces in harmony with nature. To achieve this, our team ensure sustainable methods are used with minimal disruptions to the residents’ lifestyle. Works performed follow a specifically customized program inclusive of treatment, irrigation and detailing.

Challenges on this project include maintaining landscapes in close proximity of a pool which requires meticulous techniques. Working at heights on the rooftop of the library also demands extreme caution and accuracy. Last but not least, the eclectic selection of plants called for a tailored maintenance plan to accommodate to the needs of different species and allow them to coexist and thrive together.

We are proud to maintain this project following the award-wining results delivered for the early stages of West Village.
