The team at Hedge Property Services is comprised of a diverse range of professionals and operators, safety and operations managers, accountants, estimators, designers, project managers, contract administrators, office administrators, site supervisors, labourers, cadets, and apprentices.
Highly trained and with years of industry experience, many of our team have worked from the ground up, ensuring their understanding of our processes and quality control systems. Backed by expert management with over two decades of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering efficient and professional results every time.
Todd Penfold
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Todd brings this 20+ years’ experience to Hedge Property Services to deliver quality property and facilities management. His experience spans spearheading large-scale commercial, government, and development projects, to working closely with homeowners to turn their visions into a reality. Todd focuses on delivering outcomes of the highest quality and efficiency, making his teams industry leaders in the property maintenance industry.
Andrew Fisher
GENERAL MANAGER
Andrew is a qualified horticulturist with over 10 years of experience in all aspects of landscape maintenance as well as an aptitude for managing projects and teams. Previously the Landscape Maintenance Manager at a prestigious golf course and resort in Far North Queensland, Andrew is responsible for ensuring all asset/facility management projects are delivered on schedule and maintained to the highest standard.
Amelia Valenti
BUSINESS & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
With a Degree in Media and Communication, Amelia’s attention to detail, knowledge of botany, and flair for landscape planning make her an invaluable member of the team. As Business & Community Development Manager, Amelia is responsible for maximising client satisfaction, expanding our portfolio and generating engagement with our local communities.
Damon Treverton
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Damon offers over 10 years of experience working for leading Landscape Maintenance companies. His innate capacity to effectively manage and lead groups ensures staff achieve their collective goals. Damon is quick to act on any situation and communicates effectively with our clients, staff, and external stakeholders alike.
Bryan Brotherson
MARKETING MANAGER
Bryan brings over 10 years of Marketing experience following his Master’s degree in Marketing & Communication. As a versatile graphic designer, photographer and videographer, Bryan is responsible for the creation of content and media on Hedge’s online platforms. He is also the creator of all visuals and promotional campaigns for Hedge including sponsorship opportunities, community engagement and launch of new programs and products.
Toni WilliamsonÂ
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Toni began her career at ANZ, where she spent 13 years specializing in Corporate and Property Finance. Toni holds a Bachelor of Business from QUT, majoring in Banking and Finance and Accounting. Since December 2023, Toni has been a vital part of Hedge, overseeing the day-to-day management of accounts and finance, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Her extensive experience and dedication make her an asset to the Hedge team.
